Conclusion

This paper has presented the Core blockchain, a decentralized network that will serve as the nucleus of Web3. The Satoshi Plus consensus mechanism combines DPoW, DPoS, and Non-Custodial BTC Staking to resolve the oft-discussed “blockchain trilemma”. Improvements with respect to scalability, security, efficiency, and decentralization, along with EVM compatibility, unlock the power of decentralized applications for developers, users, and everyone else.

CORE, the base layer currency of the Core network, will be overseen by the DAO. Through its provable scarcity, contractionary mechanism, governance, etc., Core aims to become both the value-accrual and usability layer for all decentralized applications.
